Holm app is your mobile self-service environment ensuring that you always have important, up-to-date information at your fingertips. Here you can apply for loans, cards and hire purchase, sign contracts with your bank and see an overview of your payments and other transactions!

You can download the app from Google Play and App Store. Use Mobile-ID or Smart-ID to log in securely. If you have a Holm credit card, you can add it to your Google Pay or Apple Pay payment options.

1. How do I get the app on my phone?
You can use the Holm app on both Android and iOS phones by downloading it from Google Play or the App Store.
2. How do I log in?
Log in using Smart ID or Mobile ID, making sure you have valid certificates.
3. What products can I choose via the app?
Through the app, you can conveniently access our self-service and apply for all our products.
4. What languages can I use the app in?
You can choose between Estonian, Russian and English.
5. Can I use the app to amend my virtual card’s settings?
Yes! You can change the settings, make repayments and check your repayment history in the app.
6. Are all contracts displayed in the app?
Only ongoing contracts, not contracts that have expired or been terminated.
7. Can I check my purchases in the app?
Yes! You’ll see a list of the purchases you’ve made in the last three months.
8. Can I change my contact details in the app?
Yes! Just click on ‘My profile’.
9. How far back do my bills go in the app?
The app shows the bills you’ve received in the last month and the payments you’ve made in the last three months.
10. Is the app automatically updated?
If you’ve enabled automatic updates in your Google Play or AppStore settings, then yes!
11. If I delete the app and later download it again, will my data still be on it?
Your data are stored on the Holm bank system: the app only displays them. If you download the app again, your data will still be shown there.
