In the spring of 2019, we became a bank and the company was named Holm Bank AS. Holm was the first in Estonia to receive a banking license from the European Central Bank and has since experienced strong growth. Like all banks in Estonia, we operate under the supervision of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority and follow the regulations and guidelines in force in banking. Our history dates back to 1995, when we started offering financing of purchases with Liisi hire purchase. Today, our service package is significantly wider - it includes credit cards, various consumer loans, home loans, leasing, term deposits, hire purchases. Our digital services for individuals and entrepreneurs are accessible from the website while mobile app is a convenient support for private clients. We operate in Estonia and Latvia and offer deposits in Estonia, Germany and Austria.

Structure and management
Holm Bank is based on Estonian capital. The sole owner and shareholder of the company is OÜ Koduliising, which includes Holm Bank AS together with its subsidiary Holm Bank Latvia SIA operating in the Latvian market.
Holm's daily work is managed by a three-member management board, whose chairman is the bank's CEO Kaspar Kalvet. The Management Board also includes the Head of the Legal Department Monika Tomberg and the Head of the Risk Department Arvi Lipp. The Supervisory Board consists of five members responsible for the long-term strategic management of the bank. They are supported by committees with different responsibilities.
Financial results
Holm Bank, which is already celebrating its fifth anniversary, issued a record amount of new loans in 2023, vigorously increased its deposit portfolio and successfully carried out its first bond issue.
The large-scale investments in business development in recent years, the launch of innovative new products and keeping the promise of the highest deposit interest rate to consumers helped to bring record results in 2023. The net loan portfolio of Estonia and Latvia grew by 41%, the volume of deposits by 49%, and the bank earned the highest net profit in its history.
