    Adding your card

    Holm app

    Open Holm app on your phone, tap "Add to Apple Wallet" and follow the instructions. If you do not have Holm app yet, you can find it in App Store.

    Apple Wallet

    Open Apple Wallet on your iPhone. Tap the plus (+) sign to get started, choose Holm Bank from the Debit or Credit card list and follow the instructions.

    Apple Watch

    Open the Apple Watch app on your paired iPhone. In the My Watch tab, tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Tap Add Card, Continue and follow the instructions.

    How to use Apple Pay?

    With Apple Pay, you can use your Holm bank credit card anywhere you see the Apple Pay or contactless payment symbol.

    Apple Pay uses the security features built into your Apple device which are designed so only you can authorise payments.

    To pay in-store, double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode and hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the reader. To pay online, look for the Apple Pay symbol at checkout and follow the instructions.

    Apple Pay can be used with Apple devices that support Face ID or Touch ID (excluding iPhone 5s) and Apple Watch series 1 or newer watches. You can learn more about eligible devices here.
    Apple Pay uses the security features built into your Apple device to help keep your purchases private and secure. All transactions require Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. These features are designed so only you can make purchases with Apple Pay. Your actual card number is never stored on your device or Apple servers. And when you pay, your card number is never shared by Apple with merchants, keeping these details hidden and offering an additional level of protection against fraud.
    Your Apple Pay payment limit is the same as your contactless payment limit. You can review and change your limits at our self-service site or app.
    Yes, automatic purchase insurance is also valid for purchases made with Apple Pay. Learn more about purchase insurance here.
    Apple Pay requires Face ID, Touch ID or passcode to verify each payment, which helps prevent other people from using Apple Pay with your device. However, you should take extra steps to ensure security.
    You can log into your Apple ID account or use Find My app to suspend or deactivate the card from Apple Pay. If you wish to block your card entirely, you can do so on self-service site, in our app, or by calling us immediately at +372 677 0760.
